Our history
Tacos El Metate was born on April, 2017 in Aurora, Colorado seeking to evolve authentic Mexican style cuisine.
Our specialities
One of our specialties is our fried fish taco. It comes with our rich and creamy house made sauce; garnished with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro and onions. All served corn tortillas.
